REFUND POLICY

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all original tags and packaging where applicable. Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, or use may not be accepted.

Proof of purchase or your KUMAN order number may be required to process a return.

To request a return, contact us at info@kumanstudio.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include your order number and the reason for your return.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions explaining where and how to send your item. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by applicable law or the return results from an error by KUMAN.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, customization, or other applicable reasons. This may include personalized or custom-made products, gift cards, and items specifically identified as final sale at the time of purchase.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original tags may also be refused.

These exclusions do not affect any rights you may have regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods under applicable consumer protection laws.
